The calendar year may be rushing to another end but we are still flat out securing great results for our referrers and their clients.
We have developed an outstanding relationship with out referrer Ben and it’s great to see the team delivering for him yet again.
Ben’s client had accumulated credit card and personal debts of $120,000.
Once again, Ben was able to seek pre-approval for a refinance up to 80% of the value of his client’s property. We were able to settle his client’s debts for $48,000 and saved them $72,000.
Ben was able to refinance the property and pay out the settlements with the available equity.
